Securities dealing services and foreign exchange dealing services are provided by Celestial Securities Limited (CE NO.: AAF 532)("CSL"), a corporation licensed to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 3 (leveraged foreign exchange trading) regulated activities under the Securities and Futures Ordinance (the "SFO") and an Exchange Participant of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK"). Commodities dealing services are provided by Celestial Commodities Limited (CE NO.: AAF 557), a corporation licensed to conduct Type 2 (dealing in futures contracts) regulated activity under the SFO and an Exchange Participant of Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited. Corporate financial service is provided by Celestial Capital Limited (CE NO.: ADT 047), a corporation licensed to conduct Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO. Research information is provided and distributed by CSL or other external institutions as set out on the webpage. Financial news is provided by CASH on-line Limited and CASH Frederick Taylor Limited. Asset management services is provided by CASH Asset Management Limited (CE No.: ALF042), a corporation licensed to conduct Type 9 (asset management) regulated activity under the SFO. Financial Planning and insurance services are provided by CASH Frederick Taylor Limited (CE NO.: AHQ 356), a corporation licensed to conduct Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the SFO and a member of the Hong Kong Confederation of Insurance Brokers. The securities, commodities and foreign exchange electronic trading platforms are developed and owned by CASH on-line Limited. The insurance electronic platform is developed and owned by CASH E-Surance Limited and CASH Frederick Taylor Limited.
